HOW TO CONVERT A WORD DOCUMENT TO PDF USING MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010

This is a new feature of the microsoft office 2010.Normally to create a pdf file,you  will need to download a pdf creator software.microsoft have made it easily to create a pdf file because you can easily convert your document to a PDF from any Office program (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Now when you save your document, PDF is among the file types to choose from.

 pdf format is useful and good for sharing files.its helps to keep to file secured and protected from third party editing.Remember to keep your original file in word format in-case of further editing.
