The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training is proud to offer Master Mind Scholarships, an opportunity for exceptional students worldwide to pursue master's programs in Flanders and Brussels. This prestigious scholarship includes a grant of €10,000 along with a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS). In addition, Master Mind Scholarship holders are only required to pay an administrative enrolment fee. If you are interested, you first need to apply to one of the Flemish host institutions that participates in the Master Mind Scholarship Programme.

Step 1: Check
Eligibility

Master Mind Scholarships program.
Step 2:
Submit Application to Host Institution

Apply to the host institution of your
choice, and the host institution will preselect eligible applications.
Step 3: Host
Institution Application Procedure
·
Once preselected, the host
institution initiates the application procedure for the Master Mind
Scholarship, creating your application file in the Mobility-Online application
tool.
Step 4:
Receive Notification of Preselection
·
Upon preselection, you will receive
an email generated by the Mobility-Online tool, confirming your eligibility for
a Master Mind Scholarship.
Step 5:
Register and Complete Application File
·
Register in the Mobility-Online tool
and finalize your application file before the deadline. Required documents
include:
o
Passport photo
o
International passport or national ID
o
Curriculum Vitae (including your
American GPA out of 4.0)
o
Transcript of records (with certified
translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English)
o
English language test results or a
letter of exemption from the host university
o
Letter of motivation in English
o
Two signed letters of recommendation
in English from professors or employers
o
Copy of acquired diploma(s) with
certified translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English.
Step 6:
Application Submission
The host
institution validates and submits the completed application file in the
Mobility-Online tool before the deadline of 28th April 2024, 23:59 GMT+1.
Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
