HOW TO OPEN A VERIFIED MONEYBOOKERS ACCOUNT..

1). Get A US base information, (FULL NAME, SSN NUMBER AND ADDRESS)

3). Exchange 2.80$ from your Liberty Reserve Account to the Moneybookers you've just created via http://insta-change.com/en/

4). Wait for atleast 3days and try to send money from the moneybookers account, while you are trying to send money, you will be asked to verify your account then enter the SSN number for verified.

5). After, you have entered this info correctly, your account will be verified and the limit will also be lifted UNLIMITED.
