Later,i will share a tutorial on how to transform windows 7 to look like android with a skin pack, however if somehow you still aren't satisfied with the look of your computer screen there's another way to go about it by transforming your windows to look like Mac OS, my laptop currently looks like a windows 8, you might even get confused about it being a window 8.

For windows 7 starter and home basic first need to patch and Unlock Aero effect from here

Note : Skin Packs installer have easy and safe install option , Please unistall old or other version of skin packs before install new version. Before install close all runnig program , after finish restart your system.
Once you have successfully installed the skin pack you should reboot your system for the changes to take effect.
After rebooting you should see lots of new and exciting changes, with new features, your windows 7 now officially looks like a windows 8 with rocketsdock, xlaunchpad and so much more.
