Just like windows 7 pc,its start with this STARTING WINDOW!So if you are symbian phone users you can now customize your symbian phone like windows 7 with a small application.the most thing is that this application does not need any instructions or manual to apply the windows 7 boot screen.Just install it like you installing a theme, after it turn off your phone, and turn on it again. You will see win7 boot screen also hear win7 startup tone.
note:you can change startup animation and startup tone. Use X-plore and look this folder.
